First Christian Church exists to glorify God through:
• Adoration and worship of God
• Evangelism and ministry to those outside the body of Christ
• Nurturing and discipling the body of Christ
• Preparing and releasing the body of Christ to minister both within the
body and within the world.

Mission Statement
There are many different kinds of churches in every community. They vary
in name, message, organization and purpose. One certainly has the right
to ask of any one of them, “Why are you here and what do you stand for?”
First Christian Church accepts, without reservation, Jesus Christ as the
divine Son of the living God and acknowledges His leadership in all
things; the divinely inspired Word of God as the only infallible rule of
faith and practice for all Christians; and, the restoration of men and
women to the New Testament Church as the true basis of Christian unity.
The bible, the record of God’s self-revelation in His Son, is our only
rule of discipline, doctrine and devotion. Our preaching and teaching
centers in Jesus Christ—this is Christ’s church.
We invite you to come worship with us:
• SUNDAY MORNING @ 8:00 a.m. you can participate in an
inspirational-style worship service featuring time-honored hymns and
choruses led by traditional instrumentation.
• SUNDAY MORNING
at 10:30 a.m. you can experience a worship celebration
filled with up-beat contemporary Christian music led by our Worship Band
and Praise Team. The sermon is the same in all three weekend services.
Our desire is that, no matter which service you participate in, you will
experience the love of God and apply His teaching to your life.
• We have
CHRISTIAN EDUCATION classes for all ages. Christian Education
is a time of intense study of God’ Word and God’s Principles for
every-day living. CHRISTIAN EDUCATION starts at 9:15 a.m.

“24/7” is a student-led and student-geared worship service for High
School students. “24/7” meets every SUNDAY EVENING at 6:30 p.m.
All those whose trust and confidence in Christ has become actualized in
obedience will find in our fellowship an open heart, an open communion
table and a warm welcome.
